This established Crow's Nest studio has built a strong reputation across retail, residential and civic sectors, working closely with repeat clients and delivering complex projects with consistency. With a major shopping centre project now underway, they’re looking to bring in a Project Architect to help drive coordination through to completion.

You’ll be working directly with the builder, consultants and client-side team, playing a key role in keeping the project moving, resolving issues on site and ensuring documentation aligns with delivery.

What you’ll be doing





- Work closely with builder, consultants and project stakeholders
- Resolve technical issues and maintain design intent on site
- Manage documentation updates and information flow
- Support programme alignment and construction milestones
- Ensure smooth delivery through to completion

What you’ll need

- ?️ Solid Revit capability across documentation
- ?️ Experience delivering large‑scale projects through construction
- ? Exposure to retail, mixed‑use or commercial developments
- ? Confident working with builders and multidisciplinary teams
- ? Solid understanding of construction phase coordination
