Senior Organisational Development Consultant
This is a full-time Organisational Development (OD) specialist position. Initially approved for this 2-year fixed-term contract, there's potential scope for extension/permanence subject to funding, great performance, and fit to role. This vacancy is an incredible opportunity for you to play a vital part in RCH's OD function, a well-regarded, adaptive and customer-focused department. These new roles need candidates with subject matter expertise and professional credentials. Importantly they also require: People who possess positive and proactive attitudes, prepared to lean into delivering solutions from beginning to end, and happy to contribute regardless of the ask. An added aspect will be your ability to evaluate objectively to facilitate continuous improvement. The role will cover the full OD portfolio, including leader and manager development, culture improvement activities, and all other initiatives designed to improve employee experience. Internally, this position will be known and/or referred to as: Senior Organisational Development Consultant
Classification for this position will be governed by Award 10 - Managers and Administrative Workers, and depending on experience will range from AO81 (Grade 8, Level 1) to AO85 (Grade 8, Level 5), $124,912.84 to $137,858.24, plus Superannuation.
What you'll achieve:
- Provide exceptional functional leadership across the organisational development portfolio
- Manage the design and delivery of programs to uplift leadership capability
- Drive workforce capability and culture across a purpose-led organisation
- Engage with internal subject matter experts to create manager capability modules
Your skills and experience:
- Post-graduate qualifications in Organisational Psychology, or equivalent (Note: Board approved Organisational Psychology supervision available as part of the role)
- Many years’ relevant experience in organisational development in large complex organisations
- Demonstrated data management,evaluationand analysis skills, particularly with large data sets
- Extensive experience in leadership and culture development and ability to facilitate these in an organisational context

Other requirements:
- Current National Criminal Record Check, or willing to obtain
- Valid Working with Children Check
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willing to obtain, if applicable to role
- Compliance with RCHs “Staff Immunisation - Prevention of Vaccine Preventable Diseases” procedure
