Machine Operator : Eastern Creek

What's on Offer

- $34 – $40 per hour + Super (depending on experience)
- 12-hour day shifts
- 5 days per week

Key Responsibilities

- Operating and monitoring production machinery
- Ensuring production targets and quality standards are met
- Conducting routine machine checks and basic troubleshooting
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
- Following production schedules and workplace procedures
- Assisting with general production duties as required

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:





- Previous experience operating machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and maintain productivity throughout the day
- A proactive and reliable work ethic
- Robust communication and teamwork skills
- Own reliable transport and ability to travel to Eastern Creek

Desirable

- Forklift Licence
- Manufacturing, packaging, food production, recycling, or industrial processing experience
- Experience working in high-volume production environments
