The People Systems Team sits with People and Culture and is responsible for enhancing, maintaining and supporting the SuccessFactors HRIS modules and EC Payroll. Our small team is collaborative and supportive, working closely with Employee Relations and Payroll teams.
YOUR ROLE IN OUR FUTURE
SuccessFactors Functional Specialist
- Ongoing, Full-Time position
- 80 hours per fortnight with monthly Accrued Days Off
Key Responsibilities
- Technical support to existing processes, solution development, configuration and implementation of system functionality that reflects best practice for SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruitment and Onboarding 2.0.
- Manage end to end changes including requirements gathering, configuration changes, system updates, documentation and testing all while collaborating with internal stakeholders and vendors.
- Provide second-level support, manage BAU tickets via ServiceNow, troubleshoot issues.
- Supports internal stakeholders with creation and maintenance of reports within SuccessFactors, tests and evaluates reports as required.
- Manage half yearly SuccessFactors releases.
- Critically analyse requests and current system configuration to enhance user experience.
About You
- Strong technical understanding and hands‑on configuration experience with SuccessFactors EC, Recruiting and Onboarding.
- Ability to assess and prioritise workload.
- Exceptional communicator both written and verbal.
- Happy either working autonomously or in a team.
- Detail oriented, critical thinker.
- Take initiative and efficiently solve problems.
- Comfortable with changing priorities when required.

Base remuneration under the Enterprise Agreement 2024‑2028 will be from $110,000 to $130,000 per annum for full‑time, dependant on candidate. To be discussed with Hiring Manager.
