Please note for this role you will be required to travel independently around the county meeting strict time deadlines. You will need to hold a full UK driving licence* and have use of a vehicle. You cannot use public transport for this role as this is not a reliable form of transport and will not allow you to meet service needs. To provide operational management and support the clinical leadership across the Perinatal Mental Health Service. To contribute to, quality improvement and problem solving across the clinical pathways. Ensure clinical governance arrangements are in place to cover all of the clinical activity. Ensure that staff are appropriately skilled and trained to deliver the service and to provide supervision. Ensure satisfactory supervision arrangements are in place for all elements of service delivery. Clinical governance arrangements are in place to cover all of the clinical activity. Support and undertake risk formulation and risk management for individual clients and to assist and advise other professions on perinatal aspects of risk assessment, and risk management in line with Trust and inter-agency policies and procedures,



including work with clients deemed as vulnerable adults. To support the structure of clinical supervision in the service of clients with complex perinatal needs, enabling other members of the service to support and direct them to the appropriate place in the care pathway. Monitor and evaluate the standard of care and take actions to ensure that a high standard of care is maintained. Identify and be responsive to the diverse cultural, social, and spiritual needs of all patients. Work flexibly to ensure cover across all teams. To provide clinical interventions and assessments depending on service need. This post is predominately Monday Friday 9am 5pm but there may be times when flexibility is expected in line with role and responsibility.
