Qualification & Requirements

- Diploma of Automotive
- Certificate III & IV in Automotive
- Minimum 2 years full-time experience as a Motor Mechanic

Salary

- $70,000 to 85,000 $

Terms

- Full time

Duties & Responsibilities

- Removing, disassembling and repairing worn and defective engine parts;
- Removing and disassembling transmission and steering equipment and diagnosing faults within;
- Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults;
- Tyres replacement & wheel alignment, optional but can provide you training for it.
- Repairing and replacing faulty parts such as brakes, suspension, transmission, gearbox and exhaust systems;
- Performing scheduled maintenance service which may include oil and lubrication top and change, ensuring emissions compliance with environmental guidelines and general roadworthiness of vehicles;
- Knowledge of how to read and apply service manual guidelines for variety of vehicles;
- Knowledge of fault diagnosis using computers with variety of vehicles;
