In the role of Test Data Manager you will be responsible for test strategies and plans based on project requirement. This will also involve leading test execution and defect management. You will also be responsible for implementing and maintain automation framework using Selenium, Cucumber, Rest Assured etc. Should be valuable mentor and guide the team members.

Location - Sydney, Australia.

Salary Range: AUD $ 101,232 - $102,031 Annual Gross.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and handle test data support for multiple applications and initiatives
- Develop and execute robust test data strategies and solutions tailored to specific project needs.
- Coordinate test data refresh and masking activities for enterprise applications.
- Gather testing and data masking compliance requirements and translate them into actionable data management approaches.
- Conduct customer and stakeholder meetings, driving technical discussions and ensuring effective coordination.

Key Skills and Competencies:

- Proficiency in stakeholder and program management.
- Looking for candidate with 6-8 years in handling data provisioning and masking for projects.
- Experience in development test data automation solutions for provisioning, masking and data refresh
- Familiarity with test data profiling, data quality assessment, and KPI tracking.




- Experience in managing test scenario and requirement gathering processes, as well as estimating and provisioning test data.
- Able to understand TDM requirements and arrive estimations/staffing plan
- Hands-on experience with database technologies such as DB2, Oracle, and MS SQL for enterprise applications.
- Advanced scripting skills using SQL, PL/SQL, SSIS, and JCL are advantageous.
- Proficiency in scheduling tools like Control-M, ESP, and Endevor.
- Prior experience with Test Data Management tools like Broadcom CA TDM, Compuware FileAid, and RDX.

Skill / Experience Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 6-10 years of experience with Information Technology
- Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
