About the Opportunity
Accurate Recruitment is currently seeking reliable and experienced Production Workers with a Forklift Licence to join our client's busy manufacturing team in Geebung.
This is a hands‑on role within an established manufacturing and engineering environment, involving a range of production, machinery operation and forklift duties. Full training will be provided on the machinery and processes.
We are looking for candidates who are reliable, physically fit, safety-focused and eager to learn, with a strong work ethic and a genuine interest in securing ongoing employment.

Your Responsibilities
Your duties will include:
- Assisting with the operation of manufacturing machinery – full training provided
- Operating forklifts to safely move products and materials
- Loading, unloading and transferring materials as required
- Labelling, stacking and storing cleaned or processed products
- Assisting with general production and labouring duties
- Monitoring production processes and maintaining quality standards
- Completing daily production paperwork and documentation
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work area
- Following all workplace health and safety procedures
- Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
- Current and valid forklift licence
- Previous forklift operating experience
- Previous experience in manufacturing, recycling, production or machine operation is preferred
- Physically fit and comfortable working in a labour-intensive workplace
- Willingness to work across day, afternoon and night shifts
- Ability to commit to a 2-week shift rotation
- Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and the ability to understand and follow instructions
- Ability to use, or willingness to learn how to use, micrometers and verniers
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A genuine commitment to ongoing, long-term employment
