About the Role

We’re looking for an energetic and organised Junior Sales, Marketing and Admin representativeto join our growing team.

This is a varied, hands‑on role, perfect for someone who doesn't want to sit behind a desk doing the same thing every day.

You'll work closely with our sales team across social media content, marketing, sales support and general administration.

One day you might be filming and editing a product video, the next helping prepares a customer quote, updating our listings, following up an enquiry or helping coordinate a machine delivery.

We're looking for an all‑rounder with initiative who is comfortable learning different parts of the business.

What You’ll Be Doing

Marketing / Content & Social Media

- Create short-form videos for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn
- Be comfortable appearing in front of the camera when required
- Edit videos using CapCut, Canva or similar
- Take photos of equipment and prepare content for social media
- Help develop new content ideas, hooks and campaigns
- Assist with maintaining a consistent online presence
- Assist with Facebook,



Instagram and LinkedIn campaigns
- Assist with product brochures, promotions and sales material
- Help track marketing enquiries and campaign performance
- Respond to incoming customer enquiries
- Update customer and lead information
- Help maintain our CRM and sales pipeline
- Follow up warm leads where required
- Assist with equipment information, photos and specifications for customers
- Work closely with the sales team to help opportunities move forward

Administration

- General office and administrative support across multiple office locations
- Data entry, invoicing and minor accounting duties
- Preparing basic documents and correspondence
- Assisting with delivery and equipment paperwork
- Answering calls and directing customer enquiries
- Helping keep the office and sales processes organised

Who We're Looking For

This is an entry level role, however, experience with Canva, CapCut, CRM systems, sales, administration or social media marketing would be an advantage.

What matters most is having a good attitude, confidence, creativity and the willingness to get involved.
