Bean Around Town is a growing café supply distributor, supplying plant-based milk and quality cups and lids to over 600 cafés across Melbourne. As our business continues to expand, we're looking for a reliable, hands‑on casual team member to join us as a Pick Packer & Delivery Driver.

The Role

This is a combined pick packing and delivery role, Tuesday to Friday — ideal for someone who likes variety and takes pride in getting the job done right.

Key Responsibilities

- Accurately pick and pack customer orders for daily delivery runs
- Safely drive and maintain a well‑kept delivery vehicle
- Deliver products to our café customer base, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and a high standard of service
- Build strong relationships with café customers through reliable, friendly service




- Communicate effectively with the internal team to coordinate delivery schedules and stock needs
- Assist with general warehouse duties as required

Hours

Tuesday–Friday: approximately 7:30am–4:00pm

About You

You hold a current car licence; medium rigid an advantage

You take pride in your work and are committed to reliable, professional service

You're comfortable with physical work, including regular lifting of 15–25kg

You're self‑motivated and can manage your time efficiently while working independently

You enjoy being part of a small, cooperative team

You're reliable and committed to consistent casual shifts

You must possess valid Australian work rights
