- Collaborate on Clarity: Build a strong partnership with our Technical Product Owners to shape a clear, inspiring, and achievable backlog that gives the team purpose and focus.

What you’ll bring to the role

- Java, Typescript, React, NodeJS, MongoDB, Kafka and Microservice architecture experience.




- A passion for nurturing agile teams and take end to end ownership to collaboratively build and deliver high‑quality software.
- A gift for coaching and mentoring, with a genuine desire to help others grow in their careers.
- An appreciation for technical craftsmanship and the ability to guide teams through modern, cloud‑native design.
- Curiosity for using insights from metrics (like DORA) to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- A thoughtful approach to building secure, reliable, and trusted technology for our customers.
