The Role:

The role will sit within the Delivery team.The team providesanalysis and design servicestotheCyber Squad.This role willbe responsible foreffectively bridging the gap between business needs and technicalsolutions, contributing to the overall success of projects and initiatives, by providing analysis anddocumentation of business and system requirements for assigned AP+ initiatives and projects.Assessing new concepts against current systems and procedures,



analyse stakeholder needs fromand end-to-end perspective, engage internal and external clients through various facilitationtechniques and mediums and provide high-quality, fit for purpose business analysis artefacts. As aSenior Business Analyst, you will also role model best practice within the BA teamsand the broader BA community of practice.

Proposed Position Responsibilities are:

- Gather requirements through the entire delivery and operational lifecycle, including definingand managing scope, requirements elicitation, analysis anddocumentation, andassociated prioritisation activities.

- Model business processes andidentifyopportunities for process improvements.

- Conduct data modelling and mapping to support detailed analysis and enable effectivesolution design.

- Identifyrisks, issues, and advantages of existing and proposed solutions and outline businessimpacts.

- Validate systems, products,



platforms and services against requirements, experience goals,metrics, and targets.

- Identify,analyse,and engage a range of stakeholders to influence their decisions andactions for mutual benefit, including resolving problems and issues, managing resolutions,and implementing stakeholder engagement and communications plans.

- Simplify information and decipher technical jargon so it is easily understood by non-technical audiences.

- Support and drive the testing and implementation of solutions.

- Facilitate business transitions and helpestablishchange and improvements.

- Create andmaintaindocumentationregardingvarious projects, processes, and operations.

- Ensure all business analysis deliverables produced are of a high quality and adhere toorganisational and industry standards.

- Support and guide less experienced business analysts by providing advice, sharing bestpractices, andassistingin their skill development.

The capabilitieswe areseekingare:

- Musthave knowledge of end-to-end Cyber security analysis

- 5-7 years proven experience in aSenior BA/ Technical BA background

- Prior experience with Cyber Security Vendor Sourced Implementations e.g. Application Controls, Privileged Access Management, Identity Governance and Administration

- Use of Waterfall and agile methodologies

- Good tohaveanydigitalpayment processing experience e.g. Card, Account-to-Accountor any international payment processing
