JD Sports Australia & Current Zealand is looking for a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact across multiple channels. Based at our Leppington Distribution Centre, you’ll handle inquiries, orders, returns, and exchanges with a customer-focused approach.
You’ll work Monday to Friday 11am–7pm, using Zendesk and LiveChat, and contribute to KPI targets while delivering exceptional service and product knowledge.
