Are you the one?

We are seeking a motivated, analytical, and effective planning and inventory team member to oversee all aspects of inventory management, working as a key member of the Supply Chain team.

Previous experience with Inventory Control and Production Planning

Excellent leadership and people skills

Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills

Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Proactive and results-driven mindset, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

Responsibilities-Analysis & Planning

Assist with forecasting and placing all orders for raw materials, packaging, and manufacturing to ensure the company maintains a balanced stock weight.

Manage communication between warehouse and head office, ensuring a great working relationship

Managing warehouse timelines for promotions

Co-ordination of domestic and international freight

Ensuring delivery timelines are met and product launch dates are maintained.

Stock control of inventory (including stock take and transfers)

Provide accurate and timely communication regarding inventory status, order changes, and delivery schedules.

Resolve inventory or order-related issues promptly and effectively.

Monitor forecast consumption,



identifying exceptions, and suggest accuracy plans.

Manage head office stock and orders to and from this location

Visit warehouse and assist with stocktake and stock adjustments

Monitor and validate inventory movements to maintain accurate stock levels and data integrity including customer stock reconciliations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their requirements, and providing exceptional service.

Implement robust control measures to ensure the accuracy and integrity of inventory records, minimising discrepancies, and risk.

Qualifications

Tertiary qualification preferable but not essential

Drivers licence (warehouse/site visits)

Background and experience

Ideally FMCG/ wholesale/ retail/ fashion preferred, or other competitive, fast-moving industries where promotional activity can drive sales and demand profiles can fluctuate

Supply planning working with multiple suppliers – by type and location

Exposure to some sourcing/ negotiation with suppliers

Ideally hold a role with many and varied responsibilities with deadlines and competing parties

Prior NetSuite + NetStock experience an advantage

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with expertise in formulas, pivot tables, and report building

Proven ability to build and sustain positive working relationships within and across teams

Skills: Analysis

Excel - reasonably advanced levels

Ability to understand, manipulate and derive trends from data.
