We're seeking an experienced Maintenance & Asset Superintendent to lead maintenance operations in Hunter Valley, ensuring the safe, reliable and cost-effective performance of mobile and fixed plant assets.

This is a hands‑on leadership role with accountability for people, safety, asset performance and maintenance delivery.

The Role

- Lead and supervise maintenance teams including Leading Hands and Plant Fitters
- Manage preventative maintenance,



breakdowns and statutory compliance activities
- Drive a solid safety culture aligned with site, customer and legislative requirements
- Oversee maintenance scheduling across multiple operational sites
- Monitor asset performance, availability and maintenance costs
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
- Manage contractors and outsourced maintenance services
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and customers
- Deliver regular reporting on asset performance and cost
