Padua College in Brisbane seeks a Head of Students and Wellbeing to lead student wellbeing, engagement, behaviour, and personal development for Years 5–12. You will implement evidence-based wellbeing frameworks and restorative practices to foster belonging, resilience, and academic success.
The role includes mentoring pastoral leaders, guiding staff behaviour management, and developing policies with the Vice Rector. It includes a permanent teaching position and a four-year leadership term.
