What You’ll Be Doing

- Engage with prospective customers via inbound and outbound calls to understand their health insurance needs.
- Present and explain health insurance policy options clearly, including waiting periods, exclusions, limits, and tiers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Adhere to Canstar’s sales processes, compliance standards, and the PHIIA Code of Conduct.
- Keep accurate records in the CRM and ensure all interactions meet quality standards.
- Contribute positively to a high-performance, team-oriented culture.

What We’re Looking For

- 1-2 years of experience in sales (health insurance preferred) with a proven track record of exceeding targets through a customer-first approach. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex information with empathy and patience.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.




- Desire to continuously learn and stay informed of changes to private health insurance products.

Desirable skills

- Experience in health insurance sales or financial product sales.
- Knowledge of the Private Health Insurance sector and PHIIA Code of Conduct.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and processes.
- Interest in building a career in financial services and health insurance sales.
