Can you bring the following to our team?

Capacity to work mid-week morning (~6:30-9am), afternoon shifts (~2:30pm-7pm) and occasional weekend shifts

Potential to work mid-week and/or weekend sleepover shifts (inactive)

Current Driver’s License

Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)

To hold or be willing to obtain a QLD Disability Worker Screening card and Working with Children Check (Blue Card)

NDIS Orientation Training certificate (or willingness to obtain)

And most importantly, a passion and enthusiasm to help young people with disability create the regular independent lives they deserve!

Previous experience in the following will be a plus:

Personal care;

Use of alternative communication methods; and

Supporting people with complex behaviours.
