We’re looking for an experienced Event Coordinator to bring a one-of-a-kind global education conference to life.
This role is ideal for someone who loves the detail, thrives on organisation, and has hands-on experience coordinating complex events from planning through to delivery.
You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end event coordination and administration, working closely with the event lead to ensure everything runs smoothly before, during, and after the conference.
This is a three month contract role, based onsite at our Brisbane office in Greenslopes.
- 20 hours over 3 days per week initially, increasing to 5 days per week closer to the event.
- Location: Brisbane (Greenslopes office – onsite required)
What you’ll be doing
- Coordinating all event logistics and admin tasks
- Liaising with venues, suppliers, speakers, and partners
- Managing schedules, run sheets, timelines, and checklists
- Supporting speaker and presenter coordination
- Assisting with registrations, communications, and attendee logistics
- Keeping everything organised, on track,
and calm under pressure
- Being on-site support before and during the event
What we’re looking for
- Intermediate experience in event coordination and event management
- Proven experience organising and coordinating similar events (conferences and multi-day events with international guests and speakers)
- Solid organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
- Confident communicator who can manage multiple stakeholders
- Comfortable working onsite and increasing hours as the event approaches
- Brisbane-based and available from 2nd February.
