Rape Crisis South London (RCSL) is seeking an Adult Counselling Clinical Lead for a fixed-term 9‑month role based in East Croydon with a hybrid option. You will provide clinical, operational and strategic oversight of the Adult Counselling service, ensuring protected, high‑quality support for survivors and leading a multidisciplinary team.

The post requires a trauma‑informed feminist approach, safeguarding expertise and substantial leadership experience within the VAWG sector.
