Metricon Homes in Melbourne's Notting Hill Office is seeking a Customer Insight (CI) Analyst to lead our customer satisfaction program and deliver data-led insights across the enterprise.

You will work with the Customer Experience and Engagement teams to manage surveys, dashboards in Power BI and CRM/ERP platforms, and provide stakeholders with recommendations to enhance the customer journey.
