This role sits within ATI Global's Group Finance function in Sydney, partnering across all Group entities.

The Role

Over the next two years, ATI Global will enter one of the most significant growth and transformation periods in its history. The non-financial data architecture built by this role will underpin critical decision‑making across the Group, enabling more accurate FP&A; forecasting, supporting defensible M&A; due diligence, and provide leadership with trusted commercial insights across multiple international entities.

This is an prospect to work on highly visible, business‑critical initiatives within a lean, high‑impact team where your contribution will directly shape the frameworks, reporting capability, and data foundations the Group relies on to scale.

About you

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building from the ground up and wants significant influence over how a global organisation structures and leverages its data capability moving forward.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

- Own and develop the non-financial data layer within the data warehouse, transforming raw operational data into clean, business-ready datasets aligned to NetSuite GL reporting
- Build and maintain analytical models across both SaaS/subscription and order-based platform business models, covering metrics such as ARR, MRR, churn, retention,



order volume, AOV, attach rate, and customer frequency
- Define and govern master data standards across customer, product, and billing domains to support auditability, consistency, and M&A; readiness
- Develop non-financial data pipelines feeding 20+ Workday Adaptive Planning models alongside financial actuals from NetSuite
- Manage federated data governance and modern ELT ingestion pipelines, ensuring scalable integrations, high data quality, and consistent reporting across global entity BI platforms

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

- Strong understanding of both SaaS/subscription and transactional business models, including metrics such as ARR, MRR, churn, GRR, NRR, order volume, AOV, and customer pricing analytics
- Proven experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or senior data analytics roles with a focus on transformation, modelling, and business metric governance
- Advanced SQL capability with experience writing performant, scalable, and well-structured queries in modern cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift
- Hands‑on expertise in dimensional modelling, ELT pipelines, and delivering accurate, audit-ready reporting for board and IPO‑readiness requirements
- Strong stakeholder communication skills,



with the ability to translate complex data modelling concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences including FP&A;, operations, and executive leadership
