About the Role
We're growing our Queensland Sales Team and looking for someone who knows how to look after trade customers, turn enquiries into orders and build lasting customer relationships.
Working as part of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, preparing quotations, processing orders, and building strong relationships with both new and existing customers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about the building and construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing customers.
- Prepare accurate quotations and process customer orders.
- Follow up quotations and enquiries to convert opportunities into sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, carpenters, formworkers, and trade customers.
- Identify opportunities to grow existing customer accounts and generate new business.
- Work closely with the warehouse and operations teams to ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity.
- Assist customers with product selection and provide technical product advice where required.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while contributing to branch growth.
About You

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Timber experience is desirable, not mandatory.
