At Southern Cross Protection we pride ourselves on maintaining a secure and safe environment for our employees, clients and visitors. We are seeking a Service Delivery Manager with extensive knowledge and experience in the security industry to lead our team in Queensland.
As our Client Delivery Manager – Security Services, you will be responsible for the end‑to‑end delivery of security services across multiple client sites in Queensland. Reporting to the National Operations Manager, you will balance client satisfaction with operational excellence, leading and coaching teams while ensuring all service, compliance and safety standards are met.
This is a hands‑on, dynamic role with regular travel across Queensland and regional sites, offering the chance to make a tangible impact on both our clients and your team.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring service excellence and satisfaction.
- Oversee scheduling, rostering and deployment of security staff across multiple sites.
- Monitor service delivery, address client concerns and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure contract requirements, compliance and WHS standards are met at all times.
- Attend monthly supplier meetings to align on service delivery and performance.
- Prepare and provide monthly client reports for key clients where required.
- Lead, mentor and develop multi‑site teams, driving engagement, performance and adherence to company values.
- Deliver exceptional operational outcomes while maintaining a customer‑centric approach.
Qualifications
- Current Queensland Security Licence.
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in the security industry, preferably in retail or logistics sites.
- Experience managing multiple sites in a highly regulated environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, prioritisation and organisational skills.
- Commitment to safety, professionalism and customer service excellence.
- Understanding of relevant industry standards, compliance and WHS practices.
- Ability to perform under pressure with a high level of accuracy.
