Urbex, a BMD Group company, is transforming its customer and data capabilities as we scale. We’re seeking a HubSpot CRM Manager to lead the vision, governance, and hands‑on execution of our CRM strategy.

This role is strategic and hands‑on, owning the CRM roadmap and maturing Urbex’s CRM capability at scale to support growth, data privacy, quality and reporting. You will collaborate across BMD Group to activate data for customers and partners.
