Summary

STACK is seeking an Electrical Network Coordinator to support the operation, maintenance and optimisation of the site-wide LV and HV electrical networks across the Truganina campus. As a key technical leader within the Critical Operations team, this role ensures safe, compliant and reliable operation of all electrical systems and contributes to the development and execution of engineering programs across LV/HV operations, safety, team performance, communication and knowledge.

The Electrical Network Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring all mission-critical electrical infrastructure performs to the highest standards and remains fully compliant with customer SLAs, certifications and regulatory requirements.

This role directly supports STACK's commitment to 100% uptime and a concierge-level customer service experience, ensuring risk is proactively managed, planned works are executed safely, and customer communications are clear, timely and qualified.

What You'll Be Responsible For

- Support safe LV and HV switching activities across Delivery and Operations, ensuring compliance with Victorian Blue Book and regulatory requirements.
- Operate, maintain and support the repair of Mission Critical electrical equipment to protect 100% uptime, certifications and customer SLAs.
- Develop, implement and audit MOPs, SOPs and EOPs aligned with STACK standards and industry best practice.
- Use BMS, automation and monitoring tools to support system visibility, operational efficiency and energy performance.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues, support root-cause analysis and conduct routine rounds to confirm system integrity.
- Coordinate Facilities Management providers, contractors and assigned projects, maintaining solid vendor and stakeholder relationships.
- Prepare and interpret technical documents, incident summaries, reports and RCA outputs.
- Support team performance through coaching,



mentoring and clear communication.
- Provide professional customer-facing communication and maintain compliance with environmental, building, fire and safety requirements.

What You'll Bring

- Strong operational knowledge of electrical distribution, switchgear, transformers, ATS, UPS, STS, battery systems, generators and PDUs.
- Knowledge of metering, remote switching, digital controls, BMS and the regulatory codes and permit processes relevant to electrical operations.
- Strong project management, troubleshooting, organisation, customer communication and contractor-coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; familiarity with Project, Visio or AutoCAD is valuable.
- HV Authorised Person status is highly regarded, together with an electrical or mechanical trade licence, Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Recent Electrical Engineering graduates are encouraged to apply, with structured development and supervision available to build Mission Critical capability.
- One to three years' experience in a Data Centre or Mission Critical environment is preferred. Relevant exposure may also come from sectors such as power generation, pharmaceutical manufacturing or oil and gas.
- Competence with CMMS, BMS, DCIM and related maintenance tools is advantageous.
- Willingness to support nights, weekends, public holidays and on-call requirements, plus the ability to attain and hold NV1 security clearance.
