Your Opportunity

Join Jet Aviation at our East Sale operation in Australia as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer - Structures, supporting the safe and reliable operation of Beechcraft King Air 350 aircraft within the B300 Program and other authorised aircraft. You will contribute to scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance, structural inspections, flight-line support, and accurate technical documentation. Working alongside LAMEs, Crew Leaders, Quality and Aviation Safety teams, you will help maintain the highest standards of airworthiness, safety, quality, and customer service.

*Annual Salary AUD$103,200 plus Super plus Military Bonus plus Relocation assistance

You Responsibilities

- Carry out scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in accordance with approved technical data, company procedures, and applicable airworthiness requirements.
- Support structural inspection, repair, servicing, and corrosion-control activities on Beechcraft King Air 350 and other authorised aircraft.
- Assist flight-line maintenance crews to maximise aircraft safety, availability, and operational readiness.
- Complete maintenance records, work orders, certifications, release notes, and component documentation accurately and on time.
- Undertake only tasks for which you are trained, competent, and authorised under the applicable maintenance procedures.
- Support compliance with Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, and other relevant technical requirements before their due dates.
- Assist LAMEs and authorised delegates with inspection, maintenance coordination, defect analysis, and technical investigations.
- Participate actively in the Quality and Safety Management System, including audits, investigations, human-factors activities, and continuous improvement.
- Maintain effective relationships with customers, colleagues, Crew Leaders, and operational stakeholders.
- Follow FOD control,



tool-control, workplace health and safety, environmental, and aviation safety requirements.
- Check that ground-support equipment is serviceable and report defects or deficiencies through the appropriate process.
- Support aircraft towing, repositioning, refuelling, marshalling, washing, and associated maintenance activities when trained and authorised.
- Work with the Quality and Aviation Safety Manager to promote a strong "Safety First" culture across the technical workforce.

What will Help You to Succeed

Essential Requirements

- Certificate IV in Aeroskills, ideally with a Structures specialisation; Mechanical or Avionics specialisations may also be considered where relevant to the role.
- Practical knowledge of Part 145 maintenance organisation obligations and airworthiness requirements.
- Ability to understand and apply approved maintenance data, technical instructions, company procedures, and workplace protocols.
- Good English-language, written, numeracy, and communication skills.
- Strong commitment to aviation safety, quality, confidentiality, and accurate technical documentation.
- Ability to work flexibly, including in changing weather conditions and in a heavy-maintenance or flight-line setting.
- Eligibility to work in Australia and to meet applicable site, security, medical, and aviation requirements.

Desirable Qualifications and Experience

- Experience supporting Beechcraft King Air 350 aircraft or comparable turboprop aircraft.
- Experience in aircraft structures maintenance, inspection, repair,



or corrosion control.
- Familiarity with CAMO-approved technical data, maintenance records, defect reporting, and component traceability.
- Experience working in a Part 145, defence, government aviation, or other regulated maintenance environment.
- Relevant aviation maintenance approvals, licences, or additional type training.
