A$90,000.00/yr - A$120,000.00/yr

Overview

Our client, a renowned supplier of timber flooring solutions within the residential trade sector, is seeking a skilled and passionate Business Development Manager to join their Sydney team.

Responsibilities

- Growing and reactivating new relationships from an existing database; managing all new client leads from start to finish
- Identifying and engaging with key decision-makers within the design industry
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Responding to and closing sales inquiries
- Maximising order profitability
- Developing compelling pitches and presentations
- Representing the company with integrity and professionalism

Skills & Experience

- Proven sales experience within the design industry, preferably in timber or flooring
- An understanding of design trends and preferences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills




- A passion for building relationships and a knack for identifying opportunities
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- A proactive and results-oriented approach
- Comfortable and confident communicating with Builders, Developers and Investors
- Be rewarded with a commission structure
- Enjoy a work/life balance and flexible schedule
- Work in a popular CBD location, close to public transport
