My client is one of the most global recognised tech giants looking for an AI Engineer with strong Azure experience. You'll be sitting at the intersection of agentic AI and applied ML, working alongside quantum specialists, data engineers, and domain experts to take high value use cases from problem framing to working solution. Writing code daily, building agents, training models. This is a senior role that requires production AI experience.

What you'll be doing

- Designing and building agentic systems on Azure AI Foundry / Semantic Kernel
- Building data pipelines and feature engineering with the Fabric data engineer
- Implementing evaluation frameworks for models and agent behaviour
- Taking experimental work from notebook to deployed, monitored, production service




- Partnering with domain experts to translate operational problems into AI/ML

What you'll bring

- 7+ years building and deploying ML systems in production
- Hands‑on agentic system experience - Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search
- Production LLM experience - RAG, fine‑tuning, prompt engineering, evaluation, guardrails
- Robust Python (PyTorch/TensorFlow, scikit‑learn, NumPy, pandas) as your daily language
- Comfort with SQL and modern data tooling -Fabric, Synapse, Databricks, or similar
- Microsoft certifications will go a long way!
