Lease Services Specialist - Novated (12 month FTC)

As a Lease Services Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their lease experience is seamless and efficient. You will manage a range of activities related to novated leases, maintaining our commitment to excellence in service delivery.

INCLUDED IN WHAT YOU'LL DO:

- Communicating with drivers and employers regarding lease products.
- Processing reimbursements and managing lease finalisations.
- Providing lease options and handling contract renewals.
- Managing salary packaging processes and payroll client coordination.
- Supporting various administrative tasks, including fuel cards, eTags, and registrations.




- Maintaining high standards of professionalism in all correspondence.

WHAT YOU HAVE:

- Knowledge of novated leasing, salary packaging, or payroll systems.
- Proven experience in customer service and administrative roles.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to teamwork.
