You’llbe on the front lines, often in regulated industries, helping businesses use technology responsibly and with confidence. This will involve assessing and evaluating the design and effectiveness of organisations’ IT systems and process controls, AI governance, and cybersecurity to ensure regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.You’llalso support testing of AI models andemergingtechnologies, delivering practical insights on reliability,fairnessand control effectiveness. As a Senior Associate,you’llsupport systems and process engagements across industries, helping clients strengthen their IT control environments while supporting their innovation and growth with AI. Whatyou’lldo:

- Lead and manage engagementworkstreamsend-to-end,acting as the primary client contact inassessing the design and operating effectiveness oftechnology (including AI)and processcontrols aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Evaluate clients’technology (including AI)environments including application controls, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data protection,AIgovernance, ethics,andmodel risk,andIT governance frameworks




- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to audit teamsspecialisingintechnology (including AI)and processcontrols, AI,securityand resilience
- Collaborate with clients toidentifytechnology (including AI)risks and recommend risk mitigation strategies that enhance the overall control environment
- Design and execute data-driven audit procedures using analytics, automation, AI (agentic, generative)fordigitally enabled and continuous controls assurance.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation inmoderndigitalauditmethodologyleveragingAI, automation, and data analytics to enabletechnology-driven assurance

Whatwe’relooking for:

- 3-5 years of provenexperienceinmanagingdigitalaudit engagements within skilled services or industry, covering areas such as application controls,ITgeneral controls, cybersecurity,AI governance,and IT governance
- Strong technical knowledge of IT frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ISO 27001, NIST), cybersecurity standards, and relevant regulatory requirements
- Enjoys and would like to further develop inleading and mentoring teams with a focus ontechnology (including AI)controlsassurance
- Experience in third party assurance engagements and reporting (e.g.ASAE 3402, GS007, or similar)
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical issues into business recommendations
- Interest or experience inleveragingAI, automation,cloud, or data analytics (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google)is highly regarded

Desirableskills

Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or progress toward CA/CPA are highly regardedbut we value capability, judgement, and impact just as much as formal credentials.
