Happysoul Catering Pty Ltd is seeking a Sous Chef to join our team across Regional NSW and Sydney NSW. You’ll oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring creativity, consistency, and quality across every service.
You’ll lead by example from hands-on cooking to mentoring your team and maintaining solid cost and quality controls. As a Sous Chef you’ll also assist with rostering, ordering and stock control.
