Agri Talent is seeking a Plant Manager in Recent South Wales to lead a 20+ person manufacturing team responsible for packaging material for flour and bulk commodities. You will work closely with the adjoining Mill to oversee people, machinery, quality, materials and production performance.
This role offers a clear path to broader site leadership, a Monday–Friday roster from 7:00am to 4:00pm, and ongoing salary reviews within a 100k–130k plus super package.
