To be successful in the role, we're looking for:

- Experience building shipping AI features and/or systems in production at scale.
- Proficient with RAG, vector databases, memory systems, tool calling, LLM as a judge and guardrails.
- Strong understanding of ML fundamentals.
- Backend API development, preferably with NodeJS and NoSQL databases.
- Experience managing large and/or complex datasets, messy incomplete or time-series.
- Robust collaboration skills, speaking with technical and non technical stakeholders.
