Join us at StoreLocal as a full-time Site Operations Coordinator. In this highly engaging role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional Site facility Management across multiple self storage locations in Sydney's Western Suburbs and beyond.

What you'll be doing

You will be responsible for the physical presentation, maintenance, compliance, and day-to-day operational functioning of assigned StoreLocal storage sites. This role is the direct link between the site and the business — ensuring presentation standards are met, contractors are held accountable, customer complaints are resolved, and the operational administration that keeps each site running is completed accurately and on time.

The Site Operations Coordinator works closely with the Ops Admin team on daily task management including debt follow-up and reports directly to the Site Operations and Onboarding Manager. This is a hands-on, on-the-ground role that requires strong organisational discipline, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple sites, contractors, and — where applicable — site staff simultaneously.

Each site receives a bi-weekly inspection throughout the month, with a full audit carried out at every site at the end of each month.

You will also work closely with the Onboarding Manager on the onboarding of new sites into the StoreLocal network.

Contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback and ideas to enhance the customer experience

What we're looking for

- 1–3 years' experience in facilities management, property operations, site management, or a related trade or service role




- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple sites or locations simultaneously with robust organisational discipline
- Experience coordinating and supervising external contractors — scheduling, briefing, inspecting, and signing off work
- Confidence in customer-facing situations including complaint handling and on-the-ground resolution
- Strong attention to detail — able to identify a presentation or maintenance issue that others walk past
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle — regular travel between sites is required
- Australian work rights required for this position
- Comfortable using digital tools for task management, reporting, and communication (Asana or similar)
