About the Role
We're offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused Business Administration Trainee to join our Employment Services team based in Caringbah on a 12-month traineeship. This is more than just a traineeship, it's an opportunity to gain valuable workplace experience, develop in-demand business skills and build a rewarding career helping people achieve their employment goals.
As part of this role, you'll work towards a Certificate III in Business, receive extensive on-the-job training, and have the potential to progress into an Employment Consultant role upon successful completion of your traineeship.
Reporting to the Area Manager, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming and professional experience for our customers while supporting the day-to-day operations of our Employment Services team.
No two days are the same, and you will have the opportunity to develop a broad range of administrative and customer service skills while working alongside experienced professionals. Key responsibilities of the role will involve:
- Welcoming customers and providing exceptional front-line customer service
- Answering phone and email enquiries
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Maintaining and updating customer information and company systems
- Performing general administration and office support tasks
- Assisting Employment Coaches in supporting customers on their employment journey
- Building valuable business, communication, and organisational skills
