About the Role

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you’ll play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions. You’ll work within a close-knit team on multi-year transformation programs for our government clients, partnering closely with them to operate as a unified delivery team focused on achieving meaningful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop custom solutions using Apex, LWC, and Visualforce




- Build and optimise Lightning Web Components (LWC) for scalable UI solutions
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business analysts to translate requirements into technical designs
- Lead code reviews and ensure best practices in clean, scalable, and secure code
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across environments
- Support CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and release management
- Contribute to architecture discussions and technical decision‑makingMentor junior developers and provide technical guidance

What We’re Looking For

- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience
- Strong hands‑on experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and integrations
- Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, security, and Omni
- Experience working with Salesforce Industry Clouds – Public Sector Solutions & Education Cloud
- Familiarity with DevOps tools (e.g. Git, Copado, Gearset, Jenkins)
- Experience with API integrations and middleware platforms (e.g. MuleSoft)
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work in fast‑paced environments
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement
