Ideally looking for someone with minimum 2-5 years experience in the industry who can work autonomously as well as part of a team. Training and a push toward Leading Hand/Project Management for the right applicant. Hourly rate to be discussed based on experience. Works based around Canberra. Key Responsibilities
- Install and assemble sheet metal ductwork to project specifications
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Read and interpret drawings and site instructions
- Ensure all work meets quality standards
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
Mandatory Requirements
- General Construction Induction (White Card)
- Silica Awareness Training
- Police check required (Job Specific)
- EWP Ticket Desired but not essential
- Applicants from overseas will not be responded to
About You
- Experience in duct installation, sheet metal work in commercial applications.
- capable of working in a hands-on role
- Robust attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team and follow direction
