Optimum Health Solutions – Croydon Park NSW is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our community nursing team supporting NDIS participants across Sydney's south and inner west. This role involves home visits, managing your own diary and travel, and building relationships with participants and families.
This is a part time position with a real opportunity to move to full-time as caseload grows. You will work independently in the community with a supportive multidisciplinary team behind you.
