About the role
The Airside Training and Assurance Advisor is responsible for the design, coordination and delivery of Airside Operations training and assurance activities. The role maintains training plans, supports competency assessment, keeps training records current, assists with audit readiness and helps identify opportunities to improve training consistency and operational compliance.
Key deliverables include maintained compliance, and operational capability through the delivery and continuous improvement of the training program, ensuring audit readiness, competency assurance and operational readiness.
About you
You like to be part of a happy, high performing team and take pride in making a difference through doing great work.
Skilled in auditing, compliance and trainingcoordination,you will have operational airside experience in a commercial aviation or airport context.
Success in this role requires you to have interest and ability in training development & delivery, competencyassessmentand workforce capability development.
