Oaks Darwin Elan Hotel, part of Minor Hotels, is seeking a passionate Commis Chef to join our kitchen team on a full-time basis. You will assist with the preparation and presentation of dishes across all sections and support the team to deliver an exceptional dining experience for guests.
We value HACCP and OH&S; compliance, strong interpersonal communication, and the ability to work under pressure in a busy, dynamic kitchen. Weekend shifts and flexible schedule are required as part of this role.
