About the Role

We’re seeking passionate Casual Sales Assistants to join UGG for our Holiday period!! If you love premium lifestyle fashion, thrive in a fast-paced retail setting, and enjoy creating elevated customer experiences, this is the role for you.

As part of the UGG family, you’ll deliver a premium and personalised service experience, support day-to-day store operations, and bring our surf-inspired heritage and fashion-forward product to life. You’ll help every customer experience the comfort, quality, and individuality that define UGG.

As a Sales Assistant, you’ll:

- Deliver a premium, personalised customer experience by understanding individual needs and styling UGG footwear and accessories
- Collaborate with your team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Assist with stock processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising to maintain UGG’s elevated store standards
- Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch online orders




- Maintain store presentation and cleanliness to reflect UGG’s premium brand image
- Bring creativity, confidence, and individuality to every shift

Skills and Experience

- Full availability from Mid-November 2026 to Mid-February 2027 - specifically weekends, late nights, Boxing Day, New Years Eve & New Years Day.
- Has previous retail or customer service experience
- Has an interest in fashion, lifestyle, and premium footwear
- Thrives in a collaborative, high-energy team environment
- Is self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Is reliable, adaptable, and open to learning and feedback
