Bayside Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to become Nurse Unit Manager – Kidney Dialysis, leading a team of about 18 FTE and guiding clinical and operational performance. You will champion protected, evidence-informed, person‑centred care; oversee staffing, rostering and resource management; drive quality improvement and workforce development across the service.

This is a temporary 12‑month, full‑time opportunity within Queensland's public health system, offering career development
