Stramit, part of Fletcher Building, is seeking a solid people leader to own the night shift operation at Crestmead in Brisbane's southern suburbs.
You will coach and develop frontline teams, drive safety, performance and continuous improvement, and lead from the front during a Sunday to Thursday 7pm–3:30am shift.
Industry experience isn't essential; a proven leadership capability and excellent communication are key to delivering results with accountability.
