Overview

Senior Account Manager (Freelance) for BMF in Pyrmont, NSW, AU. This freelance, on-site role involves driving day-to-day client work and collaborating with the project team to deliver on the agency’s vision.

Responsibilities

- Drive the day-to-day workflow of the client’s business and develop an understanding of their needs and competitive context.
- Work with the project team to deliver on the agency’s vision of being a globally influential creative company.
- Lead end-to-end project execution for assigned clients, meeting deadlines and maintaining project documentation (timelines, WIPS, estimates, budgeting, reporting).
- Create and maintain project documentation; manage multi-channel campaigns from concept to production.
- Act as a quality controller for work created and advise clients where appropriate.
- Develop timelines for complex integrated campaigns across multiple channels; ensure efficient delivery of assets to deadlines.
- Manage client issues day-to-day and know when to escalate or seek guidance.
- Manage project finances: estimating work, delivering on budget, and maintaining complex budgets.
- Collaborate with the Group Account Director to identify current client opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience

- Broad understanding of how the client’s business operates, including competitive context.
- Ability to build timelines for complex integrated campaigns across multiple channels.




- Experience creating and maintaining project documentation.
- Experience leading projects for key clients to create award-winning work.
- Demonstrated technical production knowledge across broadcast, digital, print and outdoor.
- Experience managing end-to-end budgets and finances for projects.
- Ability to autonomously manage complex multi-channel campaigns and advise clients.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow BMF processes.
- ADMA qualifications would be highly desired; retail experience beneficial.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to go beyond day-to-day urgent work.
- Emerging strategic confidence and contribution to strategic and business thinking.
