4Mile is seeking a Sales Team Leader for our North Strathfield office to lead frontline sales teams across multiple campaigns. This hands-on role focuses on coaching, performance monitoring and ensuring targets and client expectations are met.
You'll work with our Not-for-Profit operations team and senior management to drive KPI results, develop agents and create a performance-driven culture. Experience in outbound sales and telemarketing is highly regarded.
