I’m currently recruiting for a growing occupational rehabilitation provider that is looking for an experienced Senior Rehabilitation Consultant who is interested in developing the business development and commercial side of their career.

This is a great opportunity to combine your clinical expertise with relationship building, networking and business development, while continuing to manage a wide-ranging caseload of complex rehabilitation clients.

The Opportunity

The role will involve:

- Managing complex rehabilitation and recovery-at-work cases
- Developing individualised rehabilitation and return-to-work plans
- Working closely with employers, insurers, medical specialists and treating providers
- Managing multiple stakeholders and providing high-level case management
- Building and maintaining solid client relationships
- Identifying new business opportunities and growing existing relationships
- Networking within the industry and representing the organisation externally
- Building your own caseload around your clinical interests and strengths

This roles focuses on using your existing industry knowledge, relationships and clinical credibility to identify opportunities and build genuine, long-term partnerships.

About You





I’m keen to speak with Senior Rehabilitation Consultants who have:

- 3+ years’ Occupational Rehabilitation experience
- A background in OT, Rehabilitation Counselling, Exercise Physiology or Psychology
- Experience managing complex rehabilitation cases
- Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing abilities
- An interest in business development and commercial growth
- Confidence engaging with employers, insurers and other senior stakeholders
- Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills
