Key Requirements:

- Work closely with the Module Owner to document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Technology One CiA CES modules.
- Partner with the business to ensure clear understanding of that requirements and deliver fit for purpose are clearly understood and that the most appropriate technical solutions that align with is implemented to support the business objectives.
- Provide guidance to the Module Owner and Program manager on effort estimates to support effective prioritisation and sequencing of delivery.
- Configure and maintain Technology One CiA CES modules to ensure effective business outcomes are achieved.
- Provide specialist technical knowledge and be the Application expert on Technology One CiA CES and ensure the development approach aligns with organisational standards, methodologies, tools and practices.
- Support the configuration and ongoing management of user roles, profiles, and permissions in alignment with organisational structures and security frameworks.
- Work collaboratively with Vendors to support the delivery of business outcomes and ensure technical delivery from vendors is on time and of a high standard and aligns to architectural design principles.
- Provide end-to-end leadership of your system domain, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and continuous improvement.




- Collaborate with support teams to proactively identify and address application gaps, contributing to improved functionality and user experience.
- Develop appropriate training material to support the handover to operations.
- Support the creation and upkeep of knowledge base articles, user manuals and other documentation to enable effective use of support the Business Systems,
- Support UAT planning, defect triaging and go-live readiness including cutover planning and post-implementation support.
- Implement changes to the organisations enterprise Business systems in accordance with change management procedures

- This position may require reasonable after-hours contact for urgent and/or unexpected work-related matters. It is expected that the incumbent will intermittently monitor designated communication channels and respond in a reasonable time-frame.

Experience:

- Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent industry experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to a non-technical audience.
- Proven application configuration and/or development experience and ability to design and develop application integrations, particularly with ERP platforms and integration with ERPs via ETL’s.
- Foster and sustain strong, team-oriented relationships with stakeholders across the business to drive alignment and shared outcomes.
- Demonstrated time management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to tight schedules.
- Proven experience supporting TechnologyOne solutions, including Business Process Automation (BPA), Crystal Reports, ETL processes , XLOne reporting.
- Demonstrated capability in maintaining and supporting business critical IT applications, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Working knowledge in the Microsoft Power Platform, MS PowerApps, Power Automate, PowerBI, SharePoint and Office 365 Administration.
- Knowledge of API Concepts, Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting, with experience automating administrative tasks and systems configurations
- Drivers licence
