Key Responsibilities

- Leadership & Culture
- Inspire, mentor, and lead a high-performing front-of-house team with a focus on excellence, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and genuine hospitality
- Lead from the floor, setting the tone for service standards and guest engagement

- Guest Experience

- Ensure every guest interaction reflects the venue’s premium positioning and brand values
- Handle VIP clientele with discretion, confidence, and personalised service
- Continuously refine and elevate the end-to-end dining experience

- Operations Management

- Oversee daily operations with precision, ensuring seamless service execution
- Maintain exceptional standards across service, presentation, cleanliness, and ambiance
- Work closely with the Head Chef and Sommelier to align service with culinary and beverage excellence

- Financial Performance

- Drive revenue growth while maintaining strict cost controls
- Manage budgets, forecasting,



and P&L; accountability
- Identify opportunities to optimise profitability without compromising the guest experience

- Wine & Beverage Excellence

- Collaborate on the ongoing development and presentation of an extensive, premium wine list and cocktail program
- Ensure the team is knowledgeable and confident in upselling and pairing recommendations

- Compliance & Standards

- Ensure full compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations
- Uphold the highest standards expected of a luxury dining environment

About You

- Proven experience as a General Manager or Senior Venue Manager within a premium or fine dining environment
- Strong background in 5-star service standards, ideally within luxury restaurants or hotels
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams
- Deep understanding of premium wines, cocktails, and food pairing principles
- Commercially astute with a strong track record of driving revenue and managing costs
- Impeccable presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Calm, composed, and solutions-focused under pressure
- Passionate about hospitality and delivering truly memorable guest experiences
