Essence Electrical Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrician to join the crew. This is a full-time role based in Ipswich, Queensland. You will be a key part of the team providing electrical services to clients across Southeast Queensland. This is an exciting prospect to refine your skills and gain experience installing solar PV / battery and air conditioning.
Role Responsibilities:
- Electrical installations including fault finds, switchboard upgrades, lighting, power, smoke alarm installations, rough-ins and fit-offs, etc.
- Provide advice and education to customers on electrical solutions
- Collaborate with the wider team to deliver projects on time and to a high standard
- Planning daily work and allocating tasks across the team
- Troubleshooting and resolving electrical faults
- Maintaining accurate job notes, timesheets and project records

- Has solid residential electrical experience
- Can confidently lead apprentices
- Takes ownership of their role
- Communicates clearly and effectively
- Has strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Can plan, prioritise and manage changing site requirements
- Maintains high standards of workmanship and attention to detail
- Demonstrates initiative and a proactive attitude
